Master Subscription Agreement

This Master Subscription Agreement ('Agreement') governs the purchase and use of ProcureOS corporate subscription plans.
1. Subscription Services
ProcureOS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform according to the selected tier and seat count specified in your Order Form.
2. Fees & Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the billing cycle selected (Monthly/Annually). Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of service.
3. Term & Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until the subscription expires or is terminated. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
ProcureOS aims for 99.9% uptime. Corporate plans include dedicated support and priority resolution for critical system interruptions.
